Freight Coordinator

Coordinate and assign equipment and loads to drivers using TMS. Provide accurate information to drivers to ensure meeting pickup and delivery times are met.

Communicate with customers regarding pickups, deliveries, issues and concerns.

Provide information to Operations Manager on failures and problems.

Track and update trailer list (location & status)

 

Qualifications

  • Must have ability to work independently 

  • Good attitude and troubleshooting abilities

  • Must be great with driver and customer relations

  • Dispatch and/or trucking management a plus

  • Exceptional understanding of FMCSR's (Hours of Service and Axle Weight and  Spacing) a plus

  • Ability to efficiently use Windows and Microsoft Office (i.e. Work, Excel, Outlook) Refer knowledge


 Owners & Operators

Owners & Operators looking to earn an average gross profit of $4,500 - $6,500 per week per truck.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Minimum of 1 week OTR

  • Timely submission of paperwork

  • On-time, claim-free pick, and delivery

Qualifications

  • Must have own MC#

  • Must be professional

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Hold Class A CDL License

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability and willingness to tarp 90%

  • Must have at least 1 year experience

  • Be hardworking, safe, reliable & business minded
